Bring back our Post Box!

DRARA Committee member, Elizabeth Mills, is determined to persuade Royal Mail to put back a post box on the Cowley Road, near the junction of Divinity or Bartlemas Road. She has been battling for months with the local Royal Mail office, without success.
The most recent DRARA newsletter asked for residents’ views about the loss of this Post Box, and several people got in touch with Elizabeth to let her know their views. Thank you!
Her latest effort was this letter in the Oxford Mail on 20th May 2008. At the same time, she has again started a correspondence with the Royal Mail in Oxford. Click on the image for a readable copy.
