Carnival in the Park

For those who have been disappointed by the lack of a Cowley Road Carnival this year, East Oxford Action and Cowley Road Carnival present the Carnival in the Park in South Park.
Free entry, and enjoy the procession, music, dance, open microphone for your own act, stalls, international food and local beer.
